sorry for being crap at blogging over the last couple of weeks in case you hadn't heard i've been rather busy. this is what i've been up to:
the postponed Brixton Gig went off as expected. managed to hide some signed tenners and other stuff around the venue for people to find. gave my phone to someone in moment of stupidity
Left Brixton for a field in Glastonbury.
Made some crop circles.
Check out our skills on toast here.
Michael Jackson died. Extra sad cos i had tickets to see him.
Practiced Billie Jean on the Tour Bus. It's all about Wayney's bass chops.
Glastonbury Gig was an amazing thing. One of the best gigs of my life. Thank you to all that came, people as far as the eye could see. Check out youtube for Billie Jean footage.
Left Glasto to play St Gallen in Switzerland.
I then went on holiday to France for a bit, straight to Werchter and then Wireless.
Wireless gig was hot, sweaty and crowded apologies to everyone that couldn't get in the tent and was turned away. Rammo. Should have been on the main stage.
it's been so manic Mayhem hasn't actually been home since the Brixton gig.
all this means i haven't had much of a chance to write any new songs, but i'm starting again today. watch this space
Then it's Leipzig and T in the park at the weekend.
where will it all end?

Hai Mike,
I saw you at werchter... I was the little girl with black hair who stand just in front of you at the marquee! I really enjoyed your concert but i'm al little bit sad that i havn't got a thing that reminds me of the fantastic show!
I'll never forget how I felt!
I wonder if i'll ever see you again...
Kiss,
Lien

Know what I did? Root canal. You do more in a few days of summer than many get to do with their whole lives. I hope it never "ends"!
Well I'm very proud of you. You've done amazing work and will continue to.
Thanks for blessing us with your talent.
Your face in a field has been my PC background for a week. Priceless.
Much love,
Nik

Glastonbury was amazing! Second time seeing you and it was just as unforgettable. The Billie Jean cover was perfect in every way. Top stuff, i'll look out for dates in the future! Take care, Benj

Hi,
Writing from Seattle, 'Merica -- did I miss it, or is Mike/The Streets coming to America later this year?
Can't seem to find any information on the interwebs.
Can someone please respond with relevant info?
