In Leipzig we caught up on the sounds of the German metal scene at the Splash festival.
T in the park we managed to fill the Slam tent like students in a mini. Sorry if you were stuck outside, we need a bigger tent seems to be the saying of the summer.
At Slottsjell in Norway, we got so well looked after i didn't want to leave, including prawn dinner, boat ride and sun hired in especially for the occasion
I was so relaxed i managed to crowd surf from the stage to the sound desk. Thanks to all those that supported me along the way.
German gigs in Deichbrand and Dusseldorf were full on as always, i even managed my first crowd surf with a blow up doll and a man dressed as father christmas.
I found time between festivals to sneak down to Toerag Studios to take it back to the 60's and record to proper tape. managed to sneak the mpc in the building hidden inside a 1960's mellotron.
This is the result of a hard days graft.
Back on the road to Kendall Calling with the best after show food courtesy of pizza express and the first outing of the go low plane.
then south to Boardmasters in Cornwall for a fine morning tour bus view
the joy of the sun on the english coast was quickly offset by a long grimey drive to skanderbourg, hand luggage only, the backline on the trolleys and no sleep for 3 days.
after a week at the crazy tequila bar it was time to come home for a very long sleep
i needed to prepare for my secret film career debut. i'm hoping the trailer's improve soon
Then disaster struck. wayney got swine flu had to cancel leicester, postponed the edinburgh show. No one was more gutted than me.
in order to make the most of my forced stay at home I wrote 3 songs.
Heading off on the road with a healthy Wayne for some quick lessons in Polish and communism
I over did it on the raclette at the Noise festival in Switzerland
Finally back to the UK for the V festival in Stafford. Human League were amazing, tent was rammo for us too, learnt some interesting secrets about why Lady GaGa smells of fish but was a bit disappointed with the show. Caught the last ever gig of Oasis and then finished with a birthday bogle with Wayne's mum.
V fest Chelmsford started off in fraught style due to leaving our keyboard player Twiss in Stafford. After some serious tour bus reversing all was fixed by the time of the gig.
next came a few days writing and relaxing in france hitting chupa chupas and the lyric pad
straight from there to Edinburger for some fine tapas at dinner with skinner
and back home now to play with my lovely shiny new guitar before the the birmingham show
bring on brum, Blues v Villa, drinks are on Shep if BCFC win.
Festivals won't be the same without flags

My money is safe

Within the context of school activiities, baseball, etc. his son has earned a reputation for being "strange". Another word which could be used is "unstable".
I'm afraid one day he's going to "snap".
Dad has been told in no uncertain terms to "keep your son away from my child".
They tell me some of these concerned parents have called Child Protective Services regarding this issue.
Dad has showed his 7 year old son hard pornography in an attempt to ensure he doesn't become gay.
Parenting classes would be in order.
